Chesapeake Claw Crab Cakes

This Chesapeake classic makes you feel like you are on the Eastern Shore.  The sweet meat from the claws of the blue crab are hand mixed with pimiento, Dijon mustard, parsley, Worcester sauce, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, Panko bread crumbs and Hellman's Mayonnaise.  They can be either pan fried, baked, broiled or grilled. 





OVEN: Place crab cakes on flat pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 16 - 18 minutes
PAN-SEARED: Pre heat non stick pan, add olive oil, pam, or butter. Cook on 2-3 minutes per side, medium heat.
