Couscous Salad

Israeli couscous, red quinoa, bell peppers, celery, chickpeas, black beans, golden corn, cranberries, feta cheese, lime juice, red wine vinegar and spices. An all around healthy, wholesome meal unto itself. Stretching out all over the food pyramid, this salad is great by itself or served with fish, chicken or meat.
