Cod Fish Cakes

A taste of New England at home! We start with poached Cod then fold in fresh bread crumbs, Romano Cheese, whole eggs, mayonnaise and spices to create a wonderfully authentic Northern taste.

 

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

OVEN: Place crab cakes on flat pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 16 - 18 minutes
PAN-SEARED: Pre heat non stick pan, add olive oil, pam, or butter. Cook on 2-3 minutes per side, medium heat.
